Exercise, in general, has positively impacted my life in many ways. It has helped me evolve into the woman I am today.  Consistent exercise helps control my anxiety and manage the stress of everyday life. It helps me feel, act and look my best.

Boxing has taken these exercise benefits to the next level…

I started boxing consistently in 2018. Through boxing I have been able express my true self, build confidence and trust myself in making healthy choices for my mind, body and future.

While navigating though my life challenges, boxing was a safe haven. It has made a positive impact on my daily life choices. Because of boxing, I have found myself. I continue, and will continue, to support my own purpose and passion.

I want to help you feel your best. I want to help prepare your mind and body for life’s unexpected events. The good and the not-so-good. Consistent exercise helps the good days feel great and the not-so-good days feel manageable.
